I have been working on set within the film and television industry for over seven years. Beginning as a production assistant for multiple productions from feature films to reality television, I was able to discover all of what the industry had to offer. In 2006 I started to work as a camera assistant in reality television and soon began freelance shooting and EPK production for behind the scenes on feature films as wel as a variety of small promotional videos for Laguna Beach artists and other filmmakers. During 2007, I worked briefly as a vault media manager and learned the producing and post production side of the industry working as a freelance editor using Apple software Final Cut Pro Suite.
In the Fall of 2010, I began to train in Video Assist and have gained a strong relationship with an independent owner of top of the line playback equipment for both video and audio. My experience in camera, editing and video assist has made me very well rounded within the technical side of the entertainment industry and has helped broaden my skill sets.
Over the next year I hope to widen my creative endeavors by directing and writing a selection of music videos and a webisode series currently in pre-production called “Love Virus”. Right now, I’m enjoying my work and I look forward to what lies ahead.
